Becky brings over 26 years of experience in the orthodontic field and has been a valued member of Dr. Rosie’s team for more than six years. She truly enjoys being part of each patient’s smile journey and loves the warm, family-oriented atmosphere in the office. A proud mother of four boys and grandmother to nine wonderful grandchildren, who are her greatest joy. Becky treasures every moment with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time by the water and nurturing her garden.

Olivia brings over 25 years of experience to the orthodontic field and has proudly worked alongside Dr. Rosie for more than 13 years. She loves getting to know each patient and building meaningful, one-on-one connections throughout their smile journey. One of the most rewarding parts of her job is seeing the boost of confidence that comes with a new smile. When she’s not in the office, Olivia enjoys capturing life’s special moments through photography and cherishes time spent with her family and friends.

Originally from Havana, Cuba, Osiris — affectionately known as Osi — has called Florida home since 1985. With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a gentle, caring touch to every appointment. As a certified orthodontic assistant, Osi is known for her calming presence and ability to put patients at ease. Her warmth, dedication, and compassion make her a favorite among patients of all ages. Outside the office, Osi cherishes spending time with her husband and two daughters. Family is everything to her — and that love shines through in the care she gives to every patient.

Fabi has spent nearly 26 years in Florida, where she has dedicated herself to making a difference in the lives of others through compassionate care and connection. At the heart of her work is a deep passion for helping patients feel seen, supported and confident — starting from their very first appointment to witnessing the transformation in their smiles and self-esteem. Outside the office, she finds inspiration in quality time with her family and meaningful conversations shared over a great cup of coffee with close friends.

Originating from Chicago, Illinois, Yvette has proudly called Florida home for over 40 years. She brings an unwavering commitment to professionalism to our practice and is known for her poised demeanor and calm, caring approach to patient service. With extensive knowledge in patient care and insurance, Yvette strives to assist those in need and is always ready to lend a helping hand with a smile and a can-do attitude. Outside the office, Yvette finds great joy and peace in her spiritual journey, cherishing time with the Lord, family and close friends. She loves cruising and taking mini getaways to her favorite place — Disney World! She has two adorable fur babies, Luigi and Vito.

Carmen Merlin is a dedicated volunteer who is passionate about supporting Martin County Schools. A proud wife and mom of two, Carmen finds joy in giving back to the community that her family calls home. Whether she is helping out at school events or lending a hand behind the scenes, Carmen’s
heart for service shines through in everything she does.
