Rosie Aviles, D.M.D., M.S.

Dr. Rosie Aviles completed her undergraduate education at the University of Miami. She completed her dental education at the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1991 and graduated with High Honors. Dr. Rosie completed a one-year Advanced Education Program in General Dentistry at the Veterans Hospital in Gainesville. She completed a three-year residency program in orthodontics at the University of Florida and was awarded a Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. In addition, Dr. Rosie completed a comprehensive two-year Continuing Clinical Program in Occlusion and Orthodontics at the Roth/Williams Center for Functional Occlusion in Michigan.

Dr. Rosie achieved board certification through the American Board of Orthodontics (ABO). Achieving board certification demonstrates her commitment to excellence and her dedication to her patients. Dr. Rosie has received numerous honors and awards, including the American Association of Women Dentists Award, American Society of Pediatric Dentistry Award, Academy of General Dentistry Award, and she was selected as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. Dr. Rosie also held a professor position at the University of Florida College of Dentistry.

As a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Collage of Diplomats and Roth Williams International Society of Orthodontists (RWISO),  Dr. Rosie feels it is important to stay on the cutting-edge of orthodontics to offer the most advanced treatments. Thus, she holds active memberships in various local, state and national dental/orthodontic organizations, including the:

  • Florida Association of Orthodontists
  • Southern Association of Orthodontists
  • Florida Dental Association
  • American Dental Association
  • American Association of Orthodontists

Dr. Rosie Aviles and her husband, Rene Aviles, D.M.D., have been married since 1991 and they have two wonderful children. They have established their residency in Palm City since 1998.
